Maverick Whythe became a visual artist as a result of his love for visual storytelling
which started at an early age with his insatiable appetite for movies, series and
storytelling-driven video-games, thus realizing that his path towards fulfilment lies in
the art world.
Maverick’s clients include, Consiglieri, Dermestetiq, Bențe & Asociații, Concordia
Humanitarian Organization, Maison Pilates, OVB Romania & ȘI Festival amongst
others, doing photography, retouching, videography and/or video editing & colorizing.
Feeling like we’re living in a world where we’re constantly connected and always on
the move, Mav shared this with the world through his first art exhibit – Echoes of
Tranquility – an invitation to pause, breathe and find those moments of inner peace
that’ll allow us to return to our regular life recharged.
Maverick brings cinematic value to his projects by composing clean & tidy shots while
artistically lighting them so they’ll remain in the collective consciousness; as for
retouching, first he fixes the fundamentals, then clears the distractions and polishes
the subject; before slicing video to the music beat & colorizing it, he goes through the
footage, finds the visual story and chooses the best shots that’ll make the message be
clearly heard by the audience and remain with them through time.
